• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Single-use access: $3 for one-time use
• Day Pass: $5 for 24-hour unlimited access
• All sales are final - no refunds for digital services
• Access is saved locally in your browser

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Use CDT for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service
• Not use automated systems to access the service
• Keep your browser data intact to maintain access

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by AI and should be reviewed before use
• We're not liable for content generated by the AI
• You own the rights to content you generate for personal/commercial use
• AI may produce inaccurate information - verify before using

6. Limitation of Liability

CDT is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:
• Business decisions made based on AI suggestions
• Loss of access due to clearing browser data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Purchased access remains valid per the terms of purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
